3. Product Information

Our products are dermatologist-formulated for Indian skin. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, minor variations may occur. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a dermatologist for specific skin conditions.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where applicable.

5. Orders & Cancellations

• An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days.
• Shipping charges and free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we accept returns only for:

• Products received damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered
• Product significantly different from what was described

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
